Ingredients

4 large Eggs, room temperature
1.5 cups Tahini
1.5 TBLS Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 TBLS Fresh rosemary, chopped fine
1 TBLS Garlic, roasted
1/2 cup Asiago cheese, diced
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
3 TBLS Asiago cheese, shredded

Tahini Bread

This savory, quick "bread" can be adjusted to suit whatever taste you want; don't like rosemary or garlic? Use whatever herbs you want!

Directions

This delicious and hearty tahini bread made from sesame seed paste is great for a grilled cheese sandwich or just toasted & slathered with butter.  Real butter, capisci?  This recipe is an adaptation of the Mutli Seed Tahini Bread from Helena, the gorgeous creative behind Low Carb Lovelies.  If you’re looking for great low carb recipes with a side of killer lipstick, check her out!

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a loaf pan, press some parchment paper in there, and then grease the parchment paper. This is heavy duty dough.

Add eggs through diced Asiago in a medium bowl and mix well; it takes some heavy duty stirring, but it will come together, I promise.

Add the diced Asiago and baking soda and mix to combine.

Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the shredded Asiago on top, and place into heated oven.

Bake for 35 - 40 minutes, until the bread is well risen, firm, and browned on top.

Remove bread from oven, let cool for 15 - 20 minutes, remove from pan/paper and slice. Enjoy however you would regular bread!
