2 each Garlic cloves
3 each Green onion
4 cups Cabbage
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 - 2 teaspoons Sriracha
1/2 teaspoon Sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon Ginger, dried
1 teaspoon Vinegar, white or apple cider

Crack Slaw

Asian style sauteed cabbage with ground beef.

Brown ground beef, seasoning with salt & pepper to taste. Remove to large bowl.

Heat sesame oil over medium heat and add garlic, green onion, and cabbage. Cook until cabbage is to your desired tenderness.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha, sweetener, ginger, and vinegar and whisk to combine.

Add sauce mixture to cabbage mixture and stir well.
